If you click on Coweta's site in the DB, then click on the licence 851.050 is the first freq listed.

What's weird though is that running DSD for quite some time, the controller never sends a voice request to that frequency.
I'll leave it parked on Coweta for a while and see if there is ever a hit on that frequency.

Finally a hit on the 851.05 frequency. Coweta doesn't seem to go round robin on voice calls on the frequencies. It looks like it starts with a channel then assigns another channel. If the first one becomes available it reassigns it before making it to the 851.05 so that frequency is rarely used unless there are five talk groups keyed up.

Sounds like it's an overflow channel then.
If your using CC only programing, shouldn't you be covered?
10012 seems to be an active ID now, but as mentioned it is encrypted.
Several active TGs with a pretty good group size. Most encrypted. Also, I haven't heard anything on Claremore NXDN or Rogers DMR since listening yesterday..
I heard some unencrypted traffic on 10006 yesterday coming home from the Port, I caught just one burst and they were talking about the Claremore area.
Some clear traffic tonight on 10042, not sure what Department it is.

i just heard them sometime late last week on the DMR frequencies. What sites are their new talkgroups being carried on?
Mostly Claremore and Chelsea on the Broken Arrow system. Pretty sure Rogers and Claremore are one of TG 10000, 10006 and 10012. All are encrypted. There are also several other 100xx TGs that are new and encrypted since the Claremore and Chelsea sites went live.
I've been recording for a few days. Below is what I have heard and most the FDs I'd call nearly confirmed. I want a few more days worth of monitoring to figure out though... The 102xx I'm still trying to figure out their use, but I think they are the FDs paging TGs. Blanks are TGs I haven't identified, or rather have no clue.

From what I’ve been told all of Rogers County with the exception of Catoosa is on the new system.
The talk group ID for RCSO is 10006
The talk group ID for CPD is 10003
The talk group for Law Main that all agencies will utilize from 12:00 A.M until 07:00 A.M. is 10000
Chelsea Fire 10042
Foyil FD 10044
The paging TGs are possibly patched (simulcasting) to the VHF frequencies.
