anyone know anything about Rogers county system? They use Harris radios I know (I believe P25), because we just installed new radios in the oologah patrol cars, and they are being dispatched by county central dispatch. Along with several other smaller departments like Inola and Talala. Do they have a new system that they are using or am I just not finding it? I know their radios have Tulsa pd, all ohp, Wagoner county and a bunch of other talk groups programmed into them.

The system is known as OKWIN. Tulsa PD and OHP own the system along with one other department. It covers many communities but it is not statewide, although it is often referred to as statewide. It is APCO P25 Phase 2 digital. People who wish to monitor Phase 2 will need a digital scanner, Uniden seems to be leading the pack with their SDS100 and SDS200 scanners. Whistler has one also and the model is something closer to WRX 2. I am not as familiar with Whistler as I am with Uniden.

Good luck and stay safe.

I know that much. My scanner will do phase 2. However, the talk groups for Roger’s county and the other departments dispatched by them are not on radio reference. That’s what I was wondering. Someone said they are encrypted and that is why.

They (Rogers Co.) are not on OKWIN and are encrypted on the link I provided earlier.

Rogers Co. is likely TG 10000 on the Broken Arrow system. It's encrypted so hard to identify, but it became active when Rogers Co went silent on their DMR radios.
