Rogers SO switch over frequency?

Does anyone know what Rogers SO's other frequency is? I hear them say switch over and I scan the 150. band and hear nothing?

My guess would be that they use 155.49 and you can't hear anything because it doesn't go through the repeater.

Is that solution too simple?

I have it as 155.9100 in my hand held. But it is rare that I will here any traffic.

rogers county and claremore used to use OLD county freq 155.760 which is used during the day by county mant. I have been hearing CPD calling for switchover since they changed freq but I don`t know what the new switchover/talk channel is,have heard both dept use the new switchover/talk now ,tpd used to use cb`s to talk all the time.

it is 156.990. I can hear them most of the time.

I got the frequency 156.990 entered in my scanner.
Stays active for quite sometime.
