These three freq.'s and tones are listed on RR for towns of Killen and Rogersville Police in Lauderdale County. Killen is about 15 miles west of Rogersville.

154.7250 KILLEN PD 136.5
154.8600 ROGERSVILLE PD 146.2
155.0850 ROGERSVILLE PD 91.5

Rogersville Police can also be heard on the following additional freq and tones.

460.2125 ROGERSVILLE PD 233.6
155.2500 ROGERSVILLE PD 315
154.7250 ROGERSVILLE PD 210.7
155.9250 ROGERSVILLE PD 218.10

Interestingly, sometimes Rogersville PD can be heard during one/same transmission on all freq.'s listed above. Including the Killen PD freq. Other times, Rogersville can only be heard on one particular freq. The tones were confirmed with a BC125AT scanner.

460.2125 is the strongest receive from Petersville/Underwood area.

The LA SO dispatch communicates with Rogersville PD and Killen PD on this Freq 155.2500 with DPL 315. It is possbile Saint Florian and Lexington PD are included but haven't confirmed.

Also 460.2125 with tone 233.6 recieves same as 155.2500 with 155.2500 being the clearest/strongest recieve from Petersville Underwood Cloverdale area.

Thanks for the updates. Emerg Mgtmt is licensed for a ton of frequencies and it's hard to tell what they are all being used for. I come out there several times a year but haven't figured out too much due to my limited monitoring time.

At the hairdresser's, past the liquor store.
As a FYI, 453.750 has been designated as the Ground to Air UHF frequency Statewide by AL Dept of Health
453.750 is licensed to the Alabama Forestry Commission for VFDs as a statewide on scene/simplex. Has been since I worked in an AFC radio room in the early eighties. Bringing AirEvac to the frequency naturally makes sense.

The VHF counterpart, mostly paid fire departments (non AFC affiliated), is 155.040 which is individually licensed.

Florence/Lauderdale EMA has the most confusing, redundant series of linked VHF/UHF repeaters and fixed bases in the area.

The 155.250 frequency seems to be a rebroadcast of at least 154.725, possibly 154.860. When someone keys 154.725, there is a slight delay before 155.250 becomes active. 155.250 is actually licensed to the City of Florence (WPLW603) as a FB2 repeater near Wilson High School. 154.725 is a repeater located in Killen near US-43 and US-72 (WQBI559, Location 1), and should be the actual repeater that Killen PD transmits into when talking to 911/SO.

154.860 is a repeater located off Lauderdale 26 (WQBI559, Location 5), and should be the repeater that Rogersville PD transmits into. 155.085 is licensed to the Town of Rogersville (WPQZ655) at the same location as 154.860. My guess is this is a "private" town repeater.

460.2125 is a relatively new repeater licensed to Florence/Lauderdale EMA at a building on S Cypress St (WQWR701, Location 2). If you are hearing a rebroadcast of 155.250/154.725, then my best guess is this is a way for Florence PD, who is UHF, to interop with the county law agencies. There are two other new frequencies on this license as well: 159.3825 also located in downtown, and 155.9625 located off Lauderdale 8 north of Wright. No clue how these are used.

155.925 isn't licensed by anyone in Lauderdale County. Did you maybe hear 155.9625? See above.

Yeah, I omitted than small detail... In the State EMS radio guidelines/rules they recommended the HEAR - 155.340 for VHF Ground to Air. In Morgan County we determined there was already too much traffic there so a licensed a VHF simplex frequency. Over here we use 155.145.

Yes, you are correct 155.9625 should be the frequency. I listed the incorrect number above.

Tonight, I monitored traffic on 155.9625 with tones 192.8 and 218.10. Not sure of the agencies though.

From monitoring in Petersville/Cloverdale area all frequencies listed above (except 155.9625) are rebroadcast of the others to 155.250 and 460.2125.

The best receive from Petersville/Cloverdale is 155.250 with 460.2125 second best receive.

Florence PD does transmit direct with the LA SO on 154.8450 (LA SO freq) when the need arises.

Today the above mentioned frequencies for Rogersville and Killen, when transmitting only white noise static comes across the radio. It appears Killen and Rogersville may be transmissing now on the Lauderdale SO Freq 154.8450.

Did you hear on 155.250? I heard 700 units on the main SO freq. I never understood why Killen, Rogersville, and St Florian were dispatched on a different freqency when LA SO covers just outside those areas and right up to the Lauderdale Limestone county line. Florence PD transmits on the LA SO freq when needed. Maybe just stream lining the system.
