This past storm system knocked out the " local" channel (154.1075) and I heard a plow say switch to ch. 4.. I hit the public safety vhf search, and got an immediate hit.... I couldn't believe it, they still had the old local channel, only now they call it town wide... 156.195, PL 136.5... I couldn't find it in the fcc database, even under the " no restrictions, old licenses " i couldn't find it.. So, I listened, and they were pegging me hard.. I assume it is repeater..
Within 48 hours of the tree's no longer dropping, the " local" channel came back to life..
