Not sure if I've picked the right forum for this question, so I apologize if it's out of place.
I'm wondering what the police mean when they use the term "rolodex" when running people's information during traffic stops? I've heard Bloomington PD, IUPD and the Sheriff's office use the term. Is it different from "10-29" (outstanding warrants)?
Just curious.
