They use the trunk system with encryption and sometimes the tac channels.

Outside of the GTA they are on Fleetnet. Encrypted as well.

on fleetnet,not always encrypted.was listening to them out here 2 weeks ago doing surveilance on someone that was supposed to be at work..lol.was quite interesting to say the least.

Yes, I realize they aren't always encrypted. However due to the nature of the business these guys are conducting I don't like to advertise that part.

Thanks, i was just curious to see if the ROPE unit was encrypted,i don't plan on monitoring their bands or anything. I was surprised at 1st that ETF wasn't encrypted
