Roseville, CA TRS not operating (?)

I'm not sure what the reason is, but I haven't been able to receive anything from Roseville, CA's TRS.
I twice programmed my new BC 396XT using RR's database, and still found nothing other than their VHF
(154.040 MHz) fire . If any one can help me in nany way, it would be well apreiciated.

The system frequencies in the database look correct but you may need to manually enter the band plan.

I ran into the same problem when I programmed my 396XT via RR.com

I read through the thread Scannerboy02 linked and programmed the band plan/base freq/offset and it works nicely.

if all else fails just put every freq of the system into a regular scanner that has 800 and you can listen just fine

you cant follow talk groups but at night roseville has usually only fire or pd traffic

not hard to follow and cheaper than buying a new scanner if yours doesnt support rebanded systems
