Routes 78 & 278

Hello all.

I will be traveling on routes 78 an 287 from VA to RI and have been searching but can't seem to come up
with what I am looking for.
What are the correct towers/freqs/CC channels I need to listen to the NJSP while on those highways.
I'm trying to do up a Pro96 file.

NJSP Troop B 4-COMM (Talkgroup 35760) Totowa barracks covers 287 north of Rt. 80 to NYS border. The rest is all 5-COMM.

Thanks for the info.
I did forget to mention that I go up to the New York Throughway to the Tappanzee Bridge. Looks like Sybex answered that though.
Should I throw all the freqs from the database page into 1 bank? Or all the CC's ?
Or which sites would I use from the database? I have a Pro-96.
