RR Codefixes and Updates rolled out today (v1.0 1/3/2005)

This gets us finally to a 1.0 release for the database modules:

- Initial RRDB Page says States instead of Provinces for Canada, fixed.
- Fixed admin display problems for state admins and trunked systems.
- Rolled out Top Contributors page
- Misc County updates, mapping etc.
- Users could not submit info to multi-state agencies (ARTCC)
- Removed "Agency Info For:" from agency pages
- Metro areas with independent cities not displaying maps properly
- migrate subcats with "'" failing
- WACN added to PDF reports for TRS systems (P25 9600 baud)

is there any way to add a "watching" ability to the kentucky state police listings? no scannoculars at the top of the page.... if not it isn't a problem....

again, lindsay and all the admins here... this site is awesome...

Unitcharlie, great idea... I do need to add watching capabilities for seperate agencies... I'll get this on the list.
