RR Database Last 250 Grants

I suspect this is correct. It appears to me the RR database of last 250 Grants is just that, only new licenses if you will. Existing FCC licenses that are modified to add new frequencies do not appear in the "last 250 grants". Anyone?

It's based on the Grant date, not the Effective date.

NE (New), RM (Renewal/Modification), and RO (Renewal Only) will generate a new Grant date, and so those licenses will appear in the report.

MD (Modification), AM (Amendment), and AU (Administrative Update) generate a new Effective date, but not a new Grant date, and therefore will not appear in the report.

Yes that makes sense. It is exactly how the ULS database works. I was aware of several FB2 grants and did not see any detail until I waded into the ULS and read the MD detail. Only then could one see the date of the actual grant, of course the appeared on the license. Thanks GTR8000.
