RR Freqs for Fredericksburg/Northern VA area

Can anyone provide the best RR freqs for the Fredericksburg and Northern VA area? I.e., CSX, AMTRAK, etc.

I haven't heard a train while I was monitoring the frequency. I think I'm too far from the rail line. I can hear the dispatchers and maintenance crews on the base station in Union Station though.
