Can someone please tell me what the dispatch and road frequencies used by BNSF, NS and CP/DME are as used through Ottumwa? Also where are the nearest defect detectors to Ottumwa? BTW I did search in the FCC database but found nothing.

Does the CBEC use UP frequencies and if so what are the dispatch and road frequencies? Do they mainly run coal to the Ottumwa Generating Station?
