RR Info Please

While reading the reviews on the GRE PSR800, I saw where some have said that I can get certain updates on this site. How do I do that?

You don't actually get any updates to the PSR-800 from the RR site directly, but the SD card's frequency/talkgroup database is sourced from the RR database. You get your updates using the included PSR-800 software that will download them from GRE after the automatic updates are made there from any updates to the RR database. This allows you to have the RR database directly on your scanner so you can quickly select what you want without needing a computer and internet connection to get them on-line and manually (or using software) update your scanner.
