How long does it take from the time the Missouri or Ill map shows green on the Database Map of the United States that a new frequency or talk group,or ID is green or beige in the RR database. What is the time frame for it to show up on ARC or FreeScan to download?

I used some of the ARC software to program my Uniden 246t. When I used that in combination with the premium subscription to RR.com I could select the system I wanted to upload and it would pull the same info listed on the page. So for me there was no delay. Never used the freescan software, and I haven't used the ARC software in over a year so its possible that things have changed since then.
