On a trunked system, in the discription of the system there is one box that says LAST UPDATED, if you click on the underlined part it will show you what has been updated and on conventional systems the second line will show LAST UPDATED, also click on the underlined part to see what has been updated, also all updates in the last 7 days should be highlighted in the database.

As previously stated the new submissions will be highlighted based on how long ago the were entered by the DB administrator.

If you are not seeing a new submission it is probably because the DB administrator of that area hasn't had a chance to get to it yet. Sometimes they have to verify the info or wait for clarification from the submitter. If the info is in conflict with validated info or is already in the DB it will not be updated.

What about licenses that are no longer in use or expired? Do we submit that as just that or does the DB Admin automatically take those out?

No, sometimes we cannot keep track of all the FCC in an agency. Go ahead and submit it if you know it is expired or incorrect :) Thanks!

Even expired licenses are in the FCC database. Normally we just let sleeping dogs lie unless they are replaced.
