I loaded a handheld ham radio with my regular frequencies, then filled the rest up with police etc. 2 years ago, worked awesome.
Now you took out 3/4's of my area's frequencies, there isn't crap left to use on this site,

Everything is still there, tell us exactly what agencies and frequencies you are looking for and we will show you where they are.

Be specific as to exactly what you can't find.

I can't even load up my new radio, if most people's area has the same thing happen as I have you are going to lose a ton of money by lass of subscriptions
I'm not sure what to tell you here bud with regards to this wild and crazy complaint.

BTW, subscriptions are running at a record rate right now, so I'm pretty sure we're doing most things right here, and the problem is you being super impatient, not willing to adapt to a little change, and is definitely on your end.

So why don't we take a deep breath, regroup here, and you can walk me through what exactly you did, what's changed between this time and last time, what area/frequencies/systems you were trying to program into what radio, with what software, and let's see if we can get you calmed down a little bit without slipping you a valium. Good lord.

You can't continue living in the stone age when it comes to technological change. The train has left the station and you're either onboard or you'll be left behind. "Living in the Past" from the rock group Jethro Tull was a great song but when applied to the real world, it'll leave you in No Man's Land and that's a very lonely place to be!

Any way to add some sort of box, even one that can be selected like input frequencies can, that shows that a frequency is duplicated on that page, even if there are different tones/ NAC/ whatevers? Helps folks like me who don't like the same frequency in the scanner over and over.

can the landing page for the db, RR Database Home act as a personalized summary page of systems I want to track (while logged in)? like the main page for RR? I don't find the 30 day graph/db stats to be useful.

like this?

if not - i sitll do'nt find the stats useful :) can the colored map be the default view? at least that provides a quick visual on changes at the state level

I'm surprised about so many people's comments about MyRR... we literally haven't changed anything with regards to MyRR. It's always, since the beginning of time, before one of my kids was born!, been on the homepage of the site.

But, since there are so many comments about it all the sudden, we've obviously confused the hell out of everyone with the MyRR button now so prominently displayed (the MyRR Button is to manage your MyRR subscriptions etc). I don't get it, but that's why we allow public feedback.

Anyway, I'm looking into some considerations on how to better manage MyRR and the process around it.

With the old DB (1.0 I guess), on firefox I was able to hold down shift + ctrl and drag select a whole column or row, but the new one I can only use ctrl and select each one. Any way you're able to fix that to be like how the old one was? Much appreciated if you can look into this request.

FYI:
Same Here. it's not working.
I tried to sign in but either the blank page shows up or it wants me to upgrade or something else happens.
I thought all the Premium Subscriber functions were open to All Temporarily.

The word "funtion" above is misspelled. Should be function.
Thanks.

I got this fixed. Sorry about that. Rolled out a little bug today.

I'm not sure what you are referring to here? What column or row?

Add another Bug to the list that just popped up.
When clicking on either of these circles below from a Frequency Page or Trunked System Page
a Box Pops up that says that it's only available to Premium Subscriber's.
Its not allowing a user to change them or go from one to the other.

Frequencies
Grouped / All / New/Updated / Show Repeater Inputs

Talkgroups
Grouped / All Talkgroups / New/Updated Talkgroups

Did the Trunked Freq Search by SysID and/or frequency go behind the secret walls over the weekend ?
Was trying to look up a SysID for a new TRS before submitting the data
I had in the past, but it seems to be behind the pay wall.

This is all expected behavior, and is not a bug.

We specified earlier that we'd be allowing all functions in the database as we were testing the new release for free.

All the features that are only available to premium subscribers, are now only available to premium subscribers.

I'm not a big fan of the new layout.
I don't care to see the submission stats, I just want to go to the State map with all the updated locations and click there.
Also where are the search by frequency options? When I find a new frequency I want to look for that and not having to scan through thousands database listings looking for that one frequency.
It needs more work to be as good as the old version.

When you go to your state's main page, the "Query by Frequency" search box is in the row under the map.

Look at the "Query" options on the menu on the left side of the main database page... there are many ways to search for frequencies and other criteria.

It needs more work to be as good as the old version.
With a little patience and exploration on your part, it will be much better than the old version.
