Absolutely nothing has changed with regard to the ability of non-paying users to view every conventional listing and trunked talkgroup. Hell, you don't even have to be logged in to view all of that info. You're really undercutting whatever point you're trying to make by posting inaccurate statements.

Haha you're funny dude. You don't even know HOW your site operated prior to 2 weeks ago. Hilarious! :ROFLMAO:

Yeah, to be honest, I don't even care what he's whining about anymore. He's calling others "12 year olds" while throwing out childish insults. Moving on.

I can't even view the INPUT frequencies I submitted to the database. That's fairly retarded.

You really don't know how to read do you?
Looks like your the one who cant read. Features no longer available to nonsubscribers was outlined in the very 1st post. That's post number 1

For now, at least for the next week or so, we'll make most functions that will normally be available only to premium subscribers to everyone as we gather feedback. Things like queries, filters etc will be then shortly available only to premium subscribers.

Seriously... are you like 12 years old?

I am much older than 12 and my son who is 11 does not whine and complain and carry on in the way you are. Anyway, steaks are done. So to all,

I'm not sure if this is the right place, and given the above, I'm afraid it will get lost in the noise, but why are "random" zip codes included in the amateur radios listings for some counties/cities? For example, let's say a given city has zip codes of 12345, 12346, 12347, and 12348...then thrown into the mix is 67890, which isn't even in the same area. I see an example here, but I've run across it before. ETA: A bigger example of what I'm talking about is here.

Yeah, that's been an issue for a number of years. At one point I believe it was fixed, but apparently has popped up again.

And no, I won't be submitting any more data to RR for free. If you want my data, then you'll need to compensate me.

Do what you want but this is a pretty crappy way to run a site.

Just my .02

Send me your mailing address and I'll mail you the 2 cents you just contributed.

Otherwise, don't let the door hit your obtuse ass on the way out. I'm sure we'll be fine without you.

Let's break this down. You submitted the input frequencies, and you know them, but you are *****ing because we won't show them to you unless you are a premium subscriber, even though you know them.

Right, got it.

You know, I remember submitting letters to Police Call, monitor america, and other publications, and I don't remember getting a free box set of police call in the mail. In fact, I remember paying 20 bucks an edition for police call, split among a bunch of different regions. So that could be almost 100+ bucks back in the late 80's and early 90's.

And yet, you are losing your freaking mind over what is effectively a premium subscription rate of $2.50/month, that has not changed since we started the premium subscription process - through pandemics, inflation, many many more features etc.

Just think how stupid you look. I feel bad for you. It would be awesome if you told us what agency you work for so I could pursue commercial license fees, you know, if we want to talk about legal stuff, contracts, TOS etc.

Also, you don't believe it capitalism either, you Communist. 😂

I beg to differ its the browser returning me in the next county and hope you can get it figured out because when I do searches from any of my 3 pc's, or from my Verizon wireless cell phone, they all populate with stuff in my area close to me. When I use websites sites to reveal my gps location, they all put me in my town in Suffolk County. This is the only website site that I have location issues with.

I googled "whats my gps location" and this is the results from just the first three. They all asked , thru my browser, to allow use of my location, and I allowed. They all put me about a mile from my actual home.

Ok, I will look further into your location issue, but as I said, I just don't have an answer for you right now. Please be patient on this, and understand that I am listening to you, but I just don't know what is going on with your specific situation.

On Safari, I have not confirmed it on other browsers. Adblocker is off, Safari Content Blocker is off. When I hit the Cancel button on a submission, the entry is submitted without even asking if I wanted to confirm it, just gets submitted. Verified it three times.

Searched through this forum to see if anyone reported it and was not able to find anything.
I've issued a fix for this. Needed to add the "type='button'" attribute to those cancel buttons, otherwise they would submit.,

I don't know WTF is going on with that - but I can tell you it almost certainly boils down to weird crap going on with the FCCs data.

Note that I'm on a short vacation playing in a golf tourney this weekend in Montana, but I'll be occasionally getting some work done, swatting down some of the problematic customers, and rolling some fixes.

For those of you that are reading some of my comments and are mortified that I would speak to customers the way that I do - please know that I like to use this phrase often when it comes to customer service: I will bend over backwards to help every single one of my customers, but I will not tolerate disrespect and I will not bend over forwards for my customers. So, if you are cool with me, I'll be cool with you.

weird crap going on with the FCCs data

The most likely explanation.

As for the rest, as I've said before, your yard, your landscaping. Or, your sandbox as the saying goes. Some of the ones complaining the most here recently I'm not sure are 'customers' if they aren't paying anyway. But I guess they're potential customers. But, again, it's your yard, we just get invited over to it to hang out, check out the sights and sounds. If we don't like it, we're free to go back to our own...but we likely wouldn't tell you, "that shrub looks ridiculous over there!", though we might say, "hey, when I flushed the toilet in there nothing happened". One is merely form where as the other is function. Most of us know the difference.
