RRLib::GetStates Error

I trying to download frequencies from the RR library using the web import option in Win500, but I'm getting a window titled "RRLib::GetStates" and an error message "There is an error in XML document (1, 13991).
Never had any issues with this before. Can anyone help me out with this, please?

You probably need to download the latest version of Win500.

Close all applications; errors that don't describe "com port busy" come in a variety of words. If you provide a feed, close that, if you use win500 to send meta tags, close all that too.
