Followed earlier online advice on getting the software running. NO LUCK.... even with direct connection through a 3 foot cable to my laptop, the software does not see the radio in either the front or rear USB or ethernet ports of the radio. ICOM should have done a step 1, 2,3 .... method of instruction. HELP?
