RS Pro 106 deaf

I have a Pro 106 that was picking up the digital and standard 800mhz Massachusetts state police until about 2 weeks ago. I tried reprogramming but my scanner is still deaf. use the win500 software and do a web import p25 for the entire state and the basic 800mhz for the state.

I have my firmware up to date and when I listen to the western ma feed via the website I can verify there is audio but I am not hearing anything. Has something changed recently?

The same thing happened to mine about a year ago- it needs a trip to Texas for repairs. I had been hoping it was the antenna connection to the board in mine but it turned out to be the main board had failed.

Yes, it will receive NWS, local and ham frequencies. This only appears to be a highway patrol issue. It's not even stopping on the frequencies. I am thinking it might be a programming issue. This is a new radio for me so I am still learning how to use it. (I was using the pro 96 and pro 97 before) How does everyone else program their Pro 106 digital or analogue trunking?

It cant be a Rebanding thing if its not working with the P25 system either, not sure here. What sites are you monitoring on these systems? hopefully you can figure it out. LOVE AND BLESSINGS

I went back through and reprogrammed it and it seems to be working now. I am glad that was the only problem. thank you for the responses.

Unfortunately my problem was not a warranty issue and they had to walk the part over from China I think.

Not a problem, thats what brothers are for, To Help eachother and all things and LOVE eachother and all things, its the latter that most of humanity forgot, but its Love that makes helping eachother have any meaning, without LOVE helping eachother and other Random acts of Kindness, are hollow at best and worth nothing at worst
