On my RS PRO 106 is it safe to use windex window cleaner on the LCD ? Thanks in advanced

I use the same thing I use on my glasses. A lens cleaner safe for plastic lenses.

If you're worried about it you could dilute the windex 50-50 with water and it'd probably be just fine. Personally I've cleaned plastic lens glasses with full-strength windex for years and never had any damage...nor noticed any the times I've used it to clean various scanner screens. But as always YMMV.

I use a 50/50 mix of 70% isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol and distilled water. I just moisten a soft cloth with that mixture and it lifts all the skin oils and dirt right off.
