RS pro 95 accessories?

I have a RS pro 95 and was wondering if there is anything out there I can use to hook up a mic to my pro 95? and be able to add external speaker to it at the same time? and what about firestick antenna?

You can't attach a microphone to a scanner. You can attach an external speaker by plugging it into the headphones jack. You can attach a firestick antenna, the cable just has to terminate with a BNC male connector(or use an adapter). You can't attach a microphone and talk out of the scanner.
