RS-Pro-95 Question

I have an old Pro-95 that has been collecting dust now for a few years. I'm going to give it to a young man who would like to start scanning. My question is will the Pro-95 be able to moniter the Strongsville/Brookpark system? I know it won't work with Marcs or Lake Co. That why its been shelved for all these years

For the Southwest system it will monitor any of those talkgroups marked with mode "A", but not those marked "D" or "E".
