Help!
Will anyone take pity on a dyslexic handicapped 73 yr. old?
I purchased this radio to give me some enjoyment in life as I am housebound and have only the TV for company.

I have tried to read the owners manual a dozen times to no avail.
A.- The manual does not explain what the display shows.
B.-Manual and programming are not written in a format that is easy for dyslexics to understand . For example: Step 1: Do ___, Step 2: Do____, Step 3:____, etc.

If anyone that reads this can assist me in any way, please write ASAP.
One thing that does not make sense in the manual is : What to do with the Pre-Programmed frequencies when installing the frequencies I prefer to listen to? I do not want to erase them as well!

You can e-mail me at home at: porsche2@bcpl.net IF you are serious about helping me.
Thank you. I will be waiting for your replies.

You need to get Win 96 by Starrsoft you can use it for 30 days to see if you like it, and a premium subscription to Radio Reference and you can download from the database into Win 96 and straight to your Pro 96. It makes life so much easier.........Hoser

Don't let that manual get you down, most people cant understand it either.

Posting the system that you want to listen to would be the first step we would need to help you.
