the 246t hands down!
The memory set up is awsome! I have a 250D and it is doing absolutely nothing more than laying in a drawer. The 246t is the best scanner I have ever had. Also the small size allows you to take it everywhere. I love my 246!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
