RS106 Scanner Info

Could some one with a recent purchase of a RS106 tell me what the latest "firmware ver:" is ??...I know there is a revision due out any day but i would like to know what i should buy...Thank You

Right now its 1.7 still awaiting for 1.8...

Got a e mail today from RS and they stated that there is no time frame as to when the update will be available on there site. WOW big surprise for radio shack.
