I was doing a manual scan and heard digital noises on 868.7125 this is an RSO freq. Lasted for several minutes and had a straight digital/encrypted sound--wasn't the usual EDACS bleeps. Anyone know whats going on?
I also saw a wierd patch ID of 2044 (TG: 532+548) sounded like Inquiry/Cross County traffic. Are they re-doing talkgroups or something?
