My 536 HP shows the RSSI as a number between 1&4 hundred something
My SDS200 shows a number that is -(number)
I understand that there is an selection under Options then Logging.
It gives the option of showing PWR (don't want that) and SG Protocol.
Test & Extras gives me an ability to use a "Protocol Command"
Entering SG gives an error message.
What I want is to have both scanners show the same 3 number display
like the default display on the 536.
Any help is truly appreciated.

It's not possible. Part of the problem is that the BCDx36HP and SDSx00 scanners uses different RF circuitry. The RSSI values extracted from the PWR command on both types of scanner represent different types of values. The SDSx00 outputs dBm values and I don't even think the values are accurate, scaled correctly, or calibrated. The BCDx36HP scanners outputs positive values. I don't know what the positive values represent. Perhaps a voltage level at a certain point.
