Rt 9 Bypass Westbound between Rt 115 and the Home Depot.
Puckup truck crossed median struck another vehicle
At least one entraped-reported serious injuries
Cos 4, 2, ALS 11
One lane of Rt 9 east and west shut down.
Heavy entrapment- priority one patient
Notify Jefferson ER that if ER is full, start shifting patients.
Medcom notified, will call back and report flying status
Chef 2 has command, Chief 4 has the incident
Air Care is NOT available
2nd ambulance requested.
Location of incident-Rt 9 bypass uder the Flowing Springs Road Bridge
Jefferson ER notified that patient will be comming to them.
Extrication complete, ETA to ER 5-10 minutes.
Command requested 2nd ambulance-Co 1 alerted, realerted C0 4
Ambulance 1-2 responding
Ambulance 4 responding driver only
Command put A-1-2 in service
Incident duration is now 20 mins
