RT Systems, Updated, Now Can't Paste

I updated my RT Systems software for Icom IC-R-8600 yesterday. It appeard to go fine.

Now if I copy data from Excel, the PASTE menu command is grayed out.

What am I doing wrong. It worked before the update.

Have you asked RT Systems? They have pretty good customer service.

Not all copy methods gives you the same results. Are you sure the 'now' is the same as the 'before' way.

I have just encountered the same thing... can not paste in RT Systems as I have been able to before. GRR

I am not familiar with that software, but if the data is copied from Excel, can you paste via control + v on the keyboard ?

RTSystems has excellent customer service. Contact them directly, they will fix it or tell You what you need to do.

I emailed RT Systems inquiring why I was no longer able to Copy from Excel and Paste into their software. Their response was requesting my Excel file. I responded with said file, and the next business day, they had put my Excel sheet into their own file for me to easily upload onto my Yaesu.

Excellent customer service.

I have always gotten quick responses from my emails.

RT Systems is only about 30 or 40 minutes away from me. I actually purchased my last software from them on site. and it was the same great service and conversation. It was a fun trip.
