So Far Away....
Ive been successfully running SDR# using an E4000 RTLSDR with the HamItUp converter..

Im wondering of the effectiveness of the SuperAmp And If it will damage the HamItUp or USB dongle..

Im thinking that the range of the GRE is 100MHz to1GHz,the dongle's a little wider, the HamItUp has a 125.0MHz offset.

Any Thoughts..First about the damage factor,If there is one.

As for damage, no, you won't damage the hardware but if you don't adjust that RF Gain before you turn it on what you're going to end up with could be nothing but overload and massive distorted audio.

All that might be required would be to do things effectively is to ensure that once the SuperAmplifier is working, when you fire up SDR# but before you actually hit the Play button to start it, make sure that the RF Gain is very low, or even totally off to begin with (set to 0 dB) and then adjust it upwards as required.
