Ok, So I am good with computer (Work part time as a Tech) but I just dont know if this is possible. I want to run 2 Online feeds off of 1 computer, MABAS 7 and ICOMM (IL) but dont know much about audio inputs on computers. I have not ever messed around much with audio on a computer, I just fix what people screw up.

So is it possible? What do I need?

Yes its possible; You have a few options:

1. Using two sound cards
2. Using the onboard sound card with a external USB sound card
3. Using M-AUDIO sound card that has multiple audio inputs.

However M-AUDIO sound cards can be expensive. (at least to some)

Yes; but, it would depend on the chip set on the soundcards as if the onboard sound input and the PCI card uses the same chip set they have been known to conflict.

Some onboard audio is disabled by third party sound cards.
I recommend the 2 dollar USB sound cards from eBay. They're cheap but work very well for providing scanner feeds.
