when starting up computer I get red X message there was a problem starting c:\users\charles\appdata\exmead\roaming\exmead.dll The specifled module could not be found.
How can I fix this.

Either go into the registry and edit out the call to start exmead.dll, or locate that file and reinstall it into the folder that it's missing from.

You could use a program like CCleaner to clean out broken registry entries. That makes it easier (and safer) if you don't otherwise know your way around the registry.

Do you know what exmead.dll is? A Google search didn't turn anything up other than this very thread.

same thing here, no results for exmead.dll EXCEPT RR Forums?

2x the CCleaner comment. use that to clean out broken registry items and edit startup entries and services

I got it fixed no I dont know what it is or does but found it in msconfig startup disable it error went away. Then I ran a registry fix program and it enable it in msconfig start but no error so for now it fixed.
