They were using it before the year 2014 came in, but I couldnt say for sure now. It used to be 203.5PL before they narrowbanded.

If you are asking for the pl tone then Jamie, jfhtm350, has you covered. If you are asking for tone-out freqs, I looked and
I didn't see any tone-out freqs in the wiki for Blount County, maybe someone will have them for you.
I did find some for Knox County just in case you might like to have them.

There is a program called 2tonedetect that will decode the tone-out freqs. You have to record them to your computer and let the program decode it. Ive havent got to try it out but I suppose it works good.
