Came across a headline that the Rusk County Board approved radio system upgrade from a GENCOMM proposal. I looked around an found the GENCOMM proposal. The proposal is very detailed, but they summed it as: "We are proposing a Tait simulcast system which is currently being used in your area by Washburn County and Chippewa County. In addition, we are installing a new Tait system in Barron County in 2024 as well as Sawyer County in 2025".

If I understand the details - staying analog but interfacing with P25?
