Since Russia is apparently blocking VOA's Internet URL, Russians themselves are using circumventing software and making SHORTWAVE RADIO a hot ticket item again. I wonder, if the Russian government still has those old jammers they used during the cold war? If so, how long will it take them to become operational again.

I agree oh, there's no way I want a Russian hissy fit... Let's just hope we don't have NATO no-fly zones as proposed where NATO will shoot down Russian Jets, you will have a Russian hissy fit and it won't involve radio communications.

My only advice would be to ignore a communication issue and make sure you don't stare directly at The Flash.

Seriously I think what you are proposing is already being done, probably wouldn't know from our highly censored media in our country but I'm sure you are correct and is being done.
