Got a question. I've tried hitting the local repeater and for some reason it doesn't seem to go through. Is it a simplex repeater? If not is the input freq higher or lower than the output? And do I need to use a tone? If so what is the tone? I'm trying to get active again and would love to get to know some of the hams in the area.

Thanks in advance

Drew

Which repeater? Rutherford has a few. The main Skywarn machine is 145.230 with a minus 0.600MHz offset and a Pl of 114.8

That was the main repeater I was referring to. Thank you very much. What other repeaters are there out of curiosity?
