Does anyone know what freq the Interstate Crime units that patrol between exit 81 and the county line are. They don't seem to be on 460.200 which is where I hear most of Rutherford Co. SO on.

They sure are, I have to pass through their gauntlet every working day. Even been stopped by them, for really no reason. My "county" was partially coverd by a license plate frame. So, I started looking as I've been driving and you would be surprised by the number of other vehicles that have frames that cover the county name. So, if you have one of these offending frames, I would suggest removing it.

Just like ALL of Rutherford county LEO's they play the "LOTTO".
They try to stop as many "suspicious" or speeding cars & run 51's & 53's
out the wazoo to try & get a hit.
These guys seem to get a lot of drug runners....but I skeptkly/sarcasticly
say they ship the same drugs back south to catch again.

Maybe there really are that many REALLY STUPID drug runners that speed in WELL KNOWN concentrated LEO areas...but I still think it is a bit
over the top sometimes.

I noticed a few months ago they had several multi pound pot bust's...but every time in the Newsless Journel the pot was wrapped in the exact same green colored plastic wrap...hummmmm??????

I would not put it past LEO's to fake drug bust's to get publicity & funding/public support. But then I am one that thinks the only crime involved with an HERB is PROHIBITION.

Dude that green wrapper is a common one for weed wrap! Its protection from sunlight thus keeping the weed "sticky green". If you know anythig about weed, the wetter and greener the better. To quote: "No sticks, No seeds, sticky icky icky!" Just like the new "apple sacks" used for nickle, and dime bags. Green, and now purple, and blue. Cops do NOT resell it to make a fake bust. LOL anywayyyyy.

LOL On that part about too much knowledge... I plead the fith....

On the Mississippi crack.. yeah dude.. check out where the most High Tech Weed Farming Operation in the USA was busted... just a few miles from my home.. TYVM.. where does the biggest route for weed traffic to Atlanta, and to Memphis from NOLA run.... Can we say right through MS? What route do the Weed Jockeys take from TX, and CA to get to GA, and SC? I-20 right through MS. Highway 84, again right through MS. The only place I have not heard of big busts being done is along I-10 on the Gulf Coast, since LSP usually gets em before they cross over.

Once used for the ultimate "Ho Chi Minh Trail" for weed? The Natchez Trace National Parkway from the Jackson, MS area to the TN line.

This is all documented fact. Yearly on the highways of MS there are tons of weed found in busts of 18 wheelers, buses, and almost every known vehicle on the road. For those that are wondering why your supply is dry.... Say thank you to MHP, MBN, MBI, and the Nathcez Trace Rangers.

Isn't MS where the gov grows the medical pot (said to be CRAP)???

It is a shame that the BigBrother (Nanny Government) causes a WEED to be multi billion $ business by probition.

Otherwise it would be the price of lettuce or cilantro.

The US government(s) (National & Local) are ADDICTED to probition($$$money$$$). :!:

Yup, Drug Task Force or know as ICE (Interstate Crime Enforcement) Units in Rutherford Co. And they have made several BIG busts just recently.

Yup I-40 the NC to AR route..... NCSHP runs a interesting unmarked set up right out of Asheville on 40, and sometimes they cocordinate with THP's drug boys for border region operations. I have even seen DEA working with both teams on the TN/NC border on I-40.

THP K-9 got somewhere between 300-400 lbs. of marijuana in Smith county. Think it was yesterday or the day before.

LEO's

Those pesky cops who stop you for "no reason at all" are keeping your community a little cleaner, one bust at a time.

They are the 500 series units on 460.200.

460.200 is where I hear most if not all of R'ford Co SO using. I have yet to hear, or distinct the I-24 ICE units on that channel.
