Was having a little trouble receiving this A.M., so I did a little investigation (from my captain's chair, lol). After messing around a bit, I am now receiving strong Phoenix PD on what I believe is cc 868.1625. RR indicates this is a blue alternate cc. This is just info for any who might have put in only the "red" cc's. I'm not an expert and I may have my head up you-know-where on this, so there is nothing to gain by belittling me, lol.
