I programmed my Pro-96 with the SAME codes for my area about a year ago. I wanted to program my BCD396T with the SAME codes. Just to make sure I had the right codes I looked them up again. This website gives SAME codes for all states.

After taking a look at the Pro-96 manual yes it is. It is also worth posting so other people don't have to waste time looking for it. I was going to update the WIKI with it but websites sometimes change pages.

I believe that these warnings now will also be national emergency warnings, not just weather, Read it somewhere? You all probley aready knew this.
