S.A.M.E WX Question

I have a 996P2 and am learning the programing slowly.I have named my group,put in the area code and now do I have to load the event codes or anything else to get it to work correctly ? When I upload with FreeScan I keep gettins a WX error code.

Have you looked up the S.A.M.E. code for your county in your state?

Dallas county in TX is 048113.

I'm thinking the number is not right for the WX error code to be displayed. Your original post is a little confusing to me. I'm not sure what you mean by 'area code'.

Sorry,By area I meant S.A.M.E.code.Mine is 036007 in Broome County NY.
