I had a very bad deal with Saber_Radio.
I I answered Saber_radio's for trade posting:

Had had a Astro Saber UHF Model I.I got him to send me some pictures and info on the back of the radio:model no,flashcode etc.
The flashcode he gave me was for G806 IMBE APCO 25 flashed and Smartnet trunked equipped.
So I told him I had a nice Motorola Visar for trade.
Visar UHF 450-520Mhz split with charger,antenna,battery and clip.

I sent off my Visar first thinking he will ship out his Astro about the same time and since lvied in my same state of Michigan.
Well,once he got it,I pm him asking for the radio he owed on his parft of the deal.He kept telling me he did'nt have a chance today to ship,etc.Day after went with him promising to ship the very next day.Then,sob story about he didn't have the money to send the radio till pay day of next Monday.Then,pm him and no response.I was getting worried at that point.Then a few days later,he pm me telling me he was swapped with stuff etc and he will give me a free Saber secure equipped as his way of saying he was sorry for the delay.A week and a half and today,what do I get,A PILE OF GARBAGE!!@!!!
First,the antenna he sent was all chewed up looking like someone played fetch with their dog.He told me he was going to send a decent antenna.
The channel escutcheon is missing,the secure switch was attempted to be added by him with a secure switch from a Saber which does not work.Different parts.No battery contacts on the bottom of the Astro.Vol and channel knob was added from him,you guessed it,from a Saber.Again,different parts.no compatible.The Saber was garbage.The Saber looked like it was shoved into the housing after being ran over by a car.No top led etc.Does not work.DOA.Well,I parted the battery contacts from the Saber for the Astro and put a battery on.Read and write fine.But,it does not have any vol what so ever.!!!Had secure enabled in the cps so I disabled secure,still nothing.Was hacked because someone had added 48 conventional channels.Which this Astro Saber I only can do 32 ch with the A/B switch.
Oh,The radio I had to turn in off and take off the battery becuase the radio got very HOT!!!!
I pm Saber_Radio asking for my radio back or $70.00 for the radio of mine he now has about 1:35pm this afternoon.
I told him that I was not going to do any feedback and want to settle this betweeb us but then I get no response back from him and saw he last logged on about 7:30 pm today so I know he read the pm.
Saber_Radio,you need to make this deal right!!!!!!
I advise anyone not to deal with this guy.He is bad news!!!
MAKE THIS DEAL RIGHT SABER_RADIO!!
