just had a voluntary decision with a chp, i promise....he said sacramento will get its new freqs first week of december, they were the last of the area for some reason. asked him about the state wide upgrade that has been talked about, he said its still being discussed regardless of our financial situation becuase the current dinosaur radios are too problematic and under developed for 2010;s standards.

the chp guy isnt the guy doing the work heheh

you can believe what he said about as much as you can believe most of the news.. its on paper to happen but really not likely

he is relaying what dgs people have told chp to keep them happy but it doesnt materialize very often, if at all, as to the dates they say

CHP Valley Blue control link on 72.800 MHz

I discovered that Valley Blue (42.34) is being repeated on 72.800 PL 156.7.
From FCC database => KMA937, Oregon Peak near Dobbins.
I live in Olivehurst, strong signal. Wonder if this link is going to be around in future.
No mention in RR database.
