On Sac City Pub Svc (PD) trunked system I sometimes hear what sounds like heavily processed audio (DSP).
Are they using P-25?

Los Rios Community College Police Department is P-25 digital on the SRRCS.
I have also heard talk that some of the Sac PD channels may already be or are going digital/encrypted.

Where have u hered this spd don't even have all it pd officer with xts I see them with more mts then xts......... swat and iv narc will be p25 enc but not dsipach 1 ssd dose not have xts in the feld yet and wast sac pd got olny mts so no p25 yet for spd egpd maybe fpd maybe chpd never trpd maybe
