Sacramento Area CHP Green not repeated

I have noticed that, maybe since the first of this year, the CHP Green car channel has not been repeated.
The others, Black, Gold and Gray are all repeated. It has been said here repeat was at the dispatcher's discretion, but, all the same choices? Are they being directed to do this?
Any ideas anyone?

Yep...don't know why, but the Green has seldom, if ever, been repeated, other than for short periods of time.

And, yes, it is all done from the console at the Sac Communications Center.

Just an FYI, I heard the Green car being repeated yesterday (Sunday).
Don't know if it still is this am.
