Seeing as how the BCD396T isn't out yet, and there is no need for a tone database yet....
Ask them. If they don't know, ask who does their communications work. You could also try the dispatch center. Any or all of these may be reluctant to give you the tone info - especially if you have no need of the information (setting up a pager for a legimate user).
It's sometimes hard getting tone info to program the pagers for the FD/EMS!
