SAFE-T and c-ch output on bcd396xt?

Is it possible and if it is, what if any software is available to decode the c-ch output on a Indiana SAFE-T Motorola Type II 3600 baud Omnilink system that uses P25 digital talkgroups? Experimenting with the bcd396xt scanner and it's ability to output the control channel data stream.

Yes DaveIN, I finally got it figured out thanks to your awesome help. Uni-trunker worked great. I was just not going to give up until I got it figured out. Really neat seeing all that activity. Saw a bunch of "ENC" (encrypted I assume) communications going on and apparently more frequencies on that Seymour, IN site than radioreference database said there was.
