Safe-T Indianapolis Zone 2 Controller

Is anyone picking up any transmissions from the Indy Zone 2 controller?
I was picking them up until 3/24/05, and then they had just ceased.
Also, the same is happening to the Franklin, and Mooresville sites. Is this a temporary maintenance issue, or can anyone tell me why?
I had just bought the BC796D a week ago and was picking up these sites fine with great digital reception, and then nothing at all???
I will add though, that I am getting Greenwood still OK.

Franklin

I've been listening to Franklin and I haven't noticed any difference. I can hear the city police as well as the county units. I'll pay closer attention this week.
