Hello.
I do have an old scanner Saiko sc1600 / kraco pro-16 manufactured under different brands.
I can find different versions with slightly different frequency coverage.
How do i move the freq-coverage a little downwards??
My version covers:
Vhf low 78mhz - 88mhz
Vhf mid 155mhz - 168mhz
Uhf 456 mhz - 476mhz
It would be nice if it could be changed for amateurradio from 144-146mhz.
other similiar models do have that freq-range.
It has been a scanner for Danish police around 84mhz (before 1994)
Fire and rescue companies( like Falck ambulances) at 155-168mhz
At uhf it could be used for monitoring NMT(nordic mobile phone)
until 2004 in Denmark and perhaps 2012 in poland.
Any modification for this old radioscanner?
I did fix a broken speakerwire and did cleaned the squelchpotentiometer.
I do better change the potmeter, its pretty unreliable...
